Dick and Alby: Finding friendship on the other side of Tin Alley

When you meet Dick Sutcliffe (TC 1957) and Alby Twigg (TC 1951), you have the feeling you are meeting a pair who have been friends their entire life. But in fact, the friendship of Dick and Alby is a fairly recent one, proving that Trinity friendships can begin years after you have left College.

Family Legacy Continues at Trinity College

In February, Trinity College welcomed 115 residential students from a wide range of locations and backgrounds, from overseas and interstate and from Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne. In July, a further 16 students joined the Residential College community with seven of the students being sons and daughters of alumni.

Women’s Netball Go Back-to-Back

In 2015, after 23 long years without a finals appearance, the first’s netball team won what is believed to be the inaugural title in the history of Trinity College. Now, they have gone back-to-back with victory in this year’s competition.
